Passed peacefully away on July 27, 2010 at the Central NL Regional Health Care Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, Raymond (Frank) Francis Bollard of Grand Falls-Windsor. He was 81 years of age. Mr. Bollard retired from the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor and was a member of the Windsor Fire Dept. Predeceased by his wife Eileen Ballard. Left to mourn are his sons, Wayne (Alice), Paul (Geraldine), Brian (Rhondalee), John (Jo-ann), Casey (Penny); daughters, Michelle (Jeff), Laurie (Rod), special daughter Cathy Ballard. Also leaving to mourn his sister, Kathleen McDermott; 22 grandchildren, Christoper, Michael, Deidre, Kristen, Kaleyn, Kelsey, Tony, Allison, Daniel, Kenneth, Matthews, Sarah, Mandy, Mark, Melissa, Amy, Tiffany, Ryan, Andrew, Julie, Gregory, Katie; six great-grandchildren, MacKenzie, David, Hannah, Lily, Sage, Ella-Bleu and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Father Houlahan conducted funeral mass at St. Joseph's Parish, Grand Falls-Windsor on Friday, July 30, 2010 with interment at St. Joseph's Cemetery. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Hoskins Funeral Homes, Grand Falls-Windsor. Pallbearers were Paul, John, Casey, Daniel, Michael and Kenneth Ballard. Honorary pallbearer was Phonse Fleming.
