Peacefully at the South Shore Villa Crapaud on Friday, Aug. 20, 2010 of Hilda I. (Stevenson Andrews) Murray formerly of Bayview Drive, St. Eleanors, aged 101 years. Born in Spring Valley on June 7, 1909 daughter of the late George and Margaret (Duggan) Stevenson. Wife of the late Chester M. Murray and the late Sterling Andrews. Mother of Jean Bell, North River; Thelma Campbell, Kensington, Mildred MacLean, Kensington, Malcolm Summerside, Bill, Charlottetown, Arthur (Cherie) Okotoks, Alberta and Allan (Lois) Andrews, Canoe Cove. Mother-in-law of Helen Andrews, Kensington. Step-mother of Lorna (Donald) Burns, North Bedeque and Leith (Midge) Murray, Spring Valley. Grandmother of 21 grandchildren and six step-grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Special Mom to Eustace Reeves. Sister-in-law of Vera Campbell, Olive Mellish, and Blanche (Robert) Lavoie. Predeceased by son Hillard Andrews, grandson Donald Bell, granddaughter Betty Hume, great granddaughter Bonnie Craig, sons-in-law Arthur Bell and Borden Campbell, sisters Noma Stevenson, Lenore Stewart and Mona Campbell - Semple, brothers Roy Stevenson and Lloyd Campbell. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation was on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment in People's Cemetery Kensington.
