“I was so happy to know my grandfather and know that he was an amazing individual. He touched the lives of so many around him. He was an angel sent from God to take care of my mother and her siblings. He will be forever missed but he is in a better place now with my grandmother and I am so very happy that I got to see him one last time before he passed. It is sad but like I said, he is in a much better place that I know we will all go to when God decides that it is our time to go. "Poppy" Carew I love you and I will always miss you.”
“Raymond called with news of your dads passing. My heartfelt sympathy to all. We were so luck to have your mom and dad as neighbours when we moved to Canada Drive. My dad so enjoyed your fathers company and they sure had a few laughs together. I hope you are having a great time with family and friends celebrating his life. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
