Jason Keith Loftus, 34, Lower Sackville, NS, passed away September 07, 2010 in Halifax. Born in Moncton, NB, he was the son of Wayne and Hazel (Price) Loftus, Lower Sackville, NS. For the last several years Jason worked at A. C. Dispensing Equipment Inc. in Lower Sackville. He loved animals and volunteered at the SPCA. He had an extensive collection of classic horror movies. Jason collect books on non-fiction crime stories and had a great memory for cinematic trivia, down to the smallest details, loved children and babies and had a special place in his heart for his niece, Emily. He enjoyed family vacations and spending time, canoeing on First and Second Lakes in Lower Sackville. Unfortunately, Jason suffered from depression most of his adult life. Besides his parents, Jason is survived by brothers, Stephen (Sarah), Moncton, NB; and a twin brother Kevin, Halifax, NS; niece Emily, London, Ontario; several uncles, aunts and cousins in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
