LeBlanc, Norma Elizabeth (Murphy) - (1923-2010) 87, Newbury, NH of Route 103, died Thursday, September 2, 2010 at the New London Hospital. She was born on February 12, 1923 in Wedgeport, Nova Scotia the daughter of William and Frances (LeBlanc) Murphy. She had lived for many years in Lynn, MA. before moving to Warner, NH in 2001 and then to Newbury in 2005. Mrs. LeBlanc was a communicant of St. Mary's Church in Lynn. Members of her family surviving include one daughter, Joy H. LeBlanc of Newbury, NH: three sons, Gary R. LeBlanc of Ossipee, NH, Jack F. LeBlanc of Kingman, AZ and Roy W. (Sonny) Murphy of Amirault's Hill: a sister, Josephine Cotreau of Wedgeport; ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Private graveside services were held in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn, MA. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice. Norma was predeceased by grandson Darren P. Murphy (11 years old, 1975) son of Roy (Sonny) & Beulah Murphy. She was also predeceased by sisters; Marguerite, Minnie, Madeline and brothers William E (Bill), Walter D., Leo, Loran F., Roderick S., Michael J., Patrick J., Willard (died in childhood), George, (died in childhood). Besides her grandchildren and great-grandchildren in CA. and US, Norma is also survived by many nieces and nephews in Little River Harbour, Comeau's Hill, Wedgeport, Yarmouth and other places in Nova Scotia.
