Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, October 7, 2010, Theodore E. "Ted" Norman of Western Bay, age 90 years. Predeceased by parents Arthur and Mary, son Fred, brothers Walt and Cyril, sisters Edith and Ollie. Leaving to mourn wife Eileen; four daughters: Mary (Kenneth) White, Lorraine (Fred) Cox and Ruth (Larry) Denine, all of St. John's and Phyllis (Tom) Ivey), Victoria; six sons: John (Elsie), Victoria, Herb, Ontario, Ches, Ernest (Valerie) and David (Maxine), all of St. John's and Francis, AB; step-daughter Patricia (Frank) Lidstone, St. John's, large number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and step-grandchildren; one brother John (Mary), St. John's; two sisters: Winnie Norman and Florence Norman, both of St. John's, also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay. Funeral Mass to take place on Saturday, October 9 at 10:30 a.m. from Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church, Northern Bay.
