Marie-Thérèse Thériault, 85, of Manoir Notre-Dame, Moncton and formerly of Grand Barachois passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2010 at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton. Born November 19, 1924 in Grande Digue, she was the daughter of the late David and Zelma (Léger) Thériault. She was an attendant in a hospital in Quebec before retiring. She is survived by three sisters: Évangeline Léger (Adrice) of Grand Barachois, Sara Michalik (Edward) of Moncton and Louise Gaudet (Louis-Arthur) of Memramcook, three brothers: Camille Thériault and Aurèle Thériault (Alice) both of Oakville, ON, Ulysse Thériault (Lucille) of Shediac; a sister-in-law Jackie Thériault of St. Eustache, QC, and by many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by two sisters: Marguerite Pelchat (2008) and Juliette Gallant (2000) and one brother Eugène Thériault (1994).
The family will receive relatives and friends at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Tuesday, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, from 9:30 a.m. until time of departure at 10:10 a.m. Funeral mass will be held at Saint Henri Roman Catholic Church, Grand Barachois on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the parish cemetery.
