It is with great sadness that the family of the late Robert Cyril Foster, age 85, announce his passing at the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre, Baie Verte, NL on Wednesday, October 27, 2010.

Predeceased by his parents - Kenneth & Selena Foster; grandson - Nico Foster; infant sister - Hazel Foster; siblings - Augustus Foster and Henry Foster; parents-in-law - Albert & Fannie Chipp; siblings-in-law - Roy Butt, Edith Hamlyn (Harvey), Margaret Chipp, Augustus Eveleigh, Gertie Foster and Meta Foster.

Left with fond and loving memories are his wife - Audrey Foster, La Scie, NL; children - Melina Bath (Keith), Joy Rogers (Ron), Clyde Foster (Geraldine), and Lorne Foster (Tassie), all of La Scie, NL, Leighton Foster (Judy), Embree, NL, and Treena Penney (Colin), Cartwright, NL; grandchildren - Sonya Rogers and Shane Rogers (Amanda); Dane Foster; Jill Critch (Mark) and Janelle Foster; Ashley Foster and Nathan Foster; J'Lyn Penney and Johnathan Penney; step-grandchildren - Darlene Foss (Wayne), Delores Dicks, Pauline Dicks and Tonya LeDrew (Eric); great-grandchildren - Monica & Macey Rogers; Marcus & Daniel Critch; step-great-grandchildren - Stephanie Foss; Jenna Toms; Aaron LeDrew; siblings - Mary Butt-Eveleigh, Malcolm Foster (Vera), Raymond Foster (Emma) and Claude Foster (Alma); siblings-in-law - Edgar Chipp and Eileen Foster; many nieces and nephews and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Pastors William & Lorraine Bowering conducted the funeral service at Bethel Pentecostal Church & Cemetery, La Scie, NL on Sunday, October 31, 2010.

Pallbearers were children - Melina Bath, Joy Rogers, Clyde Foster, Lorne Foster, Leighton Foster and Treena Penney.
