O’BRIEN, Margaret Alverna– Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family, on Monday, October 25, 2010, at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home, Margaret Alverna O’Brien, age 91 years. Predeceased by her husband James P. O’Brien (1974); parents Mary and Thomas Cooper and brothers: Austin (Agnes) Cooper and Ronald (Mildred) Cooper. Left with fond and loving memories her son Dr. James O’Brien (Anne Delicaet); grandchildren: Brendan and Conor; as well as many dear nieces, nephews, other relatives and a special friend Mrs. Doreen Ross. A special thank you to the exceptional staff at St. Patrick's Mercy Home for their care and kindness. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Friday, November 19th from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Saturday, November 20th at 11 a.m. from St. Patrick’s Mercy Home Chapel. Inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the St Patrick’s Mercy Home Foundation.
