Passed away suddenly at home on June 19th, 2009 at the age of 54 years. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Helen Hawkins and his sister Catherine Hawkins. He leaves to mourn his loving wife of 30 years Pamela (Kirby) and his daughters Lisa (Vincent) of Cochrane, Alberta and Stacey of St. John’s. He also leaves to mourn his brother Terence (Lil) of Cape Broyle, sisters Connie of Goulds, Barbara of Paradise and Delores (Bruce) of Cape Broyle, his brothers-in-law, Fred Kirby (Rosanne) of Torbay, Boyd Kirby of Oakville, ON and Craig Kirby (Michelle) of Torbay, his nephews Barry (Juanita), Adam, Eric, and Stephen, his nieces, Renee, Juanita (Ron), Tara (Robin), Kayla, Andrea and Christine, special friends Craig and Lisa, Andy and Lina as well as many other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2009. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at 11 a.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel.
