We, the family of the late Leonard MacNeil would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation to our relatives and friends for their kindness shown during the loss of my husband, our father and grandfather. Thank you to all the Doctors and Nurses of Palliative Care for the visits at home and for the special care he was given while in their care. Thank you to the VON, especially Paul, who made Lennie smile and also Beth Latham. Thank you to all who visited and brought food. Thank you to the staff at Home Depot for their support and to the International Association of Firefighters Local 2779 of Sydney for the lovely Bible. Thank you to the nurses on 4B and Dr. Myatt for the special care during my stay in the hospital during this sad time. Thank you for all the sympathy cards and donations to palliative care. Special thanks to Tina Johnston Mary Phillips and Brenda Seymour. We will forever remember your kindness.
