It is with great sadness that the family of the late Thomasine Parsons announces her passing on Friday, December 10th, 2010 at the Health Science Centre, St. John's at the age of 71 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are ; her husband of 51 years, Bernard; children: Darlene Tiller (Ken), Wanda Parsons, Deborah Walters (Chris) and Benjamin (Sheri) Parsons; grandchildren: Stephen and Michael Tiller, Donald and Natasha Gillingham, Kidman, Izek and Sebastian Walters; sisters: Mona Poirier and Agnes Pynn; brothers: Junior (Joan) Murphy and Dennis (Mamie) Murphy; brothers and sisters-in-law: Clarence ( Romona ) Parsons, Kathleen Parsons, Mark (Carrie) Parsons, Chesley (Vera) Parsons, Roland (Charlotte) Parsons and Beryl (Jeff) Hurst ; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will take place from Fillatre's Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street on Monday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. from where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 14th at 11:00 A.M. Reverend Karen Laldin officiating, followed by interment at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the MS Society.
