Marjorie Pearl Mason of Perth-Andover passed away peacefully at the Victoria Glen Manor on December 17, 2010. Born in Riley Brook, NB on March 29, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Austin and Mina (McDougall) Howard. Marjorie leaves behind her brother Alexander "Chub" Howard (Connie) of Perth-Andover; nephews Alden Howard (Marilyn) of Perth-Andover; Edward Howard (Jane) of Calingford; great nieces Amy and Samantha; special friend Casilda Gallagher. She was predeceased by her husband Carl; brother Ralph Howard. Marjorie was an Associate member of the Legion for 24 years; Eastern Star member for over 40 years; lifelong Tops member; Block Parent and Keenagers Group. Marjorie was an avid traveller and travelled until her health no longer permitted her to do so. She especially loved England and visited there many times. Marjorie will be greatly missed.
In accordance with Marjorie's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at 2 pm from the Riley Brook Community Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover, NB.
