It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ralph Farrell announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook on Monday, December 20, 2010 at the age of 85 years. He will be sadly missed by his son Rodger (Alicia) Farrell of Kippens, five daughters: Rosetta (Stephen) Penney of Stephenville, Doreen (Bud) Noseworthy of Stephenville, Jean (Chris) Aucoin of Kippens, Angela (Gary) Cooper of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Annette (Glen) Doody of Lantana, Texas, three brothers: Jack (Elizabeth) Farrell of St. George's, Tom (Janet) Farrell of Guelph, Ontario, Ken Farrell of Toronto, three sisters: Mary (Ron) Foley of Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Rita Woods of Ohio, Doris Russo of Ohio, 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Theresa on June 2, 1999, parents, Alphonsus and Frances Farrell, brother, Stan Farrell and sister Susan Baird. Friends may call at Russell's Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, December 22nd at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen's Parish, West Street, Stephenville with interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery, Hansen Highway, Stephenville. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
