CANDLER
Mrs. Imelda "Sonny" Candler, age 81 of Chaplin passed away peacefully with family by her side on Sunday December 19, 2010. She is predeceased by her parents and fourteen brothers and sisters. Sonny is survived by her husband Marvin; her children Terry (Leo), Carmela (Bob), David (Carla) and Alison (Tim); her grandchildren Phaedra and Leo (Cathy), Mitchell, Michael and Matthew, Devin and Danae; one great-grandchild Kylan; one sister Clementine (Bob); one brother Bernie (Lorraine) as well as many other relatives and friends. A Memorial Tea will be held at the Chaplin Community Hall on Thursday, December 23, 2010 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm. In keeping with Sonny's wishes a private Graveside Service will be held at the Chaplin Cemetery at a later date. For those so wishing memorial donations may be made to the Saskatchewan Parkinson's Disease Foundation, Box 102, 103 Hospital Drive, Saskatoon, S7N 0W8 or to Regency Manor, Box 40 Central Butte, S0H 0T0.
