Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit of the L.A. Miller Centre, December 20, 2010, Vivian Burke, age 53 years. Predeceased by her mother Mary Beatrice (Harold) and sister Kathleen Piercey (Doug). Left with fond and loving memories her brothers: Harold Jr. (Mary), Raymond (Debbie), Wayne (Bev); sisters: Alice Sharpe (Ray), Lillian Owens (Mick), Joyce (son Tyler) and Elaine; as well as a large circle of extended family and friends, along with special pet Sam. Cremation has taken place at Vivian's request. Visitation from Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held from St. Teresa's Parish, Mundy Pond Road, on Friday, December 24, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. with a private family committal to take place at a later date.
