It is with heavy hearts that the Thompson family says goodbye to a generous, good hearted father, brother, uncle, grandfather, friend and colleague.

Gordon (Gordie) Thompson passed away suddenly on December 16, 2010.

He will be missed by many friends, co-workers and especially his family.

He is predeceased by his late wife Florence with whom he now eternally rests in peace, and both parents Murray and Hilda.

He leaves behind his sons Robert (Lisa), Gordon (Laurie), and his daughter Christina. He also leaves behind five grandchildren: Danika, Taylar, Kaden, Chace and Savannah.

Services are to be held December 23 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at Personal Alternative Funeral Services, #8-177 Tranquille Rd.

A Celebration of Gordie's Life will follow at 689 Schubert Dr., Kamloops.
