Surrounded by her family, the death of Ruth Kathleen Coakley of Minto, NB occurred Saturday, January 01, 2011 at her home.
Born in Lake George, NB she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Elizabeth (McElroy) Hoyt. Survived by a son Mark (Shelly) of Saint John, NB; daughters, Pam (Leonard) of Fredericton, NB, Cindy of Minto, NB; chosen daughter, Carol VanDoren of Minto, NB; brothers, Welly Hoyt (Etta) and Alton Hoyt (Hilda) both of Minto, NB; chosen granddaughter, Rhonda Martin (Peter) of ON; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Ruth was predeceased by her husband Allan Mark "Bird" Coakley in 2003; a son Maynard; grandson, Michael Geddes; six brothers and two sisters.
Resting at Minto Funeral Home with visiting on Monday evening from 7 to 9pm. Funeral Service will take place 2:00PM Tuesday, January 4th, 2011 from the Christian Community Church.
