Peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011, in her 82d year.
Rose Anne Roberts (nee MacDonald), beloved wife of the late George Roberts. Loving mother of Wilfred Seward (Marie), Rose Cameron, Joe Seward, Susan (Johnny Rose), Marg (Galen Nutbrown), Gail (Steve Watts), John Seward (Judy), Gary Seward (Debbie), Rose (Reg Francis), Cathy (Lionel Vielenuve). Loving grandmother of 27 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her brothers, sisters, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by a daughter, Margaret and by her sons, Gerard and Gary.
Specially remembered by Rosie Roberts and her daughter, Hailey, who took care of Grandma.

(905-685-6584)m Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2011, from 7-9 p.m., Wednesday Jan. 19, 2011, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church, 272 Vine St., St. Catharines, Ont., Thursday, Jan. 20, 2011 at 11 a.m. The Rite of Committal to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Vigil prayers will be celebrated at the funeral home on Wednesday afternoon Jan. 19, 2011, at 3 p.m.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
