(October 7, 1970 - July 1, 2009)– Passed away suddenly on July 1, 2009, age 39 years. Predeceased by his father Leo Joseph Whalen, August, 2007. Leaving to mourn his mother Sandra Whalen (nee Williams), his brother Tony (Jennifer House) and his pride and joy, nephew and godson Nathan Whalen; also his aunt Cathy Lawlor, uncle Bill Williams (Ruby), uncle Paul Williams (Ruby), uncle Eric Williams (Veronica) and uncle Francis Williams. Scott also leaves behind many cousins and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, 84 LeMarchant Road, Saturday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Monday, July 6 at 9:30 a.m. from Mary Queen of the World Church. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre, Topsail Road.
