Passed away on Feb. 6, 2011 at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Centre, Botwood after a lengthy illness, Catherine Frances Carroll of Bishop's Falls. She was 81 years of age. Mrs. Carroll was a member of the RC Altar Society and 50-Plus Club of Bishop's Falls. She was predeceased by her parents Michael and Mary; brothers Steve, Patrick, Frank; sister, Mary; sons, Charles and Stephen. Left to mourn her passing are husband, William; sons, Gerry (Christina), Sean (Debbie); daughters, Betty Ann (Gary), Cathy (John), Sandie (John), Margie (Todd); eight grandchildren. Also leaving to mourn are sisters, Josephine and Margaret; Charles' two children and Stephen's three children and a circle of other relatives and friends. Father Eugene Morris will conduct the Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Parish, Bishop's Falls on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011, interment at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Bishop's Falls.
