Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit on February 21, 2011, Vera Parsons, beloved wife of Hector, in her 80th year. Leaving to mourn her husband Hector; son Stephen; brother Frank Noseworthy (Jean); brother-in-law Winston Parsons (Kay); sisters-in-law Minnie Dawe; Theresa Lippert, Shirley (Jim Ryan), Marina Johnson, Patricia (David Carmichael), Carol (David Colton) and Roberta Green; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and from 10 a.m. - 12 noon on Friday. Funeral Service to take place at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 25, 2011 from Barrett’s Mount Pearl Chapel. Interment to take place at a later date.
