With great sadness, the family of Robert William Tower, age 74, of Oxford, announce his passing at the East Cumberland Lodge, Pugwash on Monday February 28, 2011.
Born in Peabody, Mass, he was a son of the late Charles and Reta (Norton).
Robert will be sadly missed by his wife, the former Marilyn Norfolk, sons, David, James and Reginald (Barbara), a grandson Cameron, a granddaughter, Jessica and a brother Charles.
Predeceased by an infant son Chris and a sister Florenza Tower.
Robert's remains have been cremated under the direction of the Allen Funeral Home, Oxford from where the memorial service will be held on Friday, March 4, 2011 at 2 pm. A time of visitation will be held at the funeral home from 12 pm Friday until the time of the service. Burial in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in the spring.
