Mr. Natale Bruno of Kamloops, B.C. passed away peacefully on March 8, 2011. Natale was born January 2, 1917 in Grimaldi, Italy. He was the son of the late Francesco & Rosaria Bruno.

Natale is survived by his sister Fortunata Cuzzetto, his brother Paul (Eugenia), his sons Tony (Maria), Sam (Dawn) and Frank (Kelly), his grandchildren Daniel (Kristy), Rose-Anne (Aaron) Gillespie, Anthony, Chuck (Jen) Gavette, Nathaniel Gavette, Trina (Justin) Usher, Angela, Lee and Sarina and four great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his wife Rosaria, daughter Lucia Gavette, his sisters Conchetta (Michele) Cundari, Antonietta (Michelle) Ciddio, Maria (Gennaro) Fata and his brothers Antonio (Giusepina) and Emilio (Amelia).

Natale immigrated to Canada in 1958, and worked for C.N.R. until 1982. After he retired his favourite pastime was gardening and every Saturday he would be at the Farmer's Market selling his produce. He also loved to go for long walks every day and go for coffee at Tim Horton's.
Our Dad and Grandfather was a quiet man who lived a humble life.

Prayers will be recited on Sunday, March 13, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. in Sacred Heart Cathedral. The Reverend Father Derrick Cameron will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial in the Cathedral on Monday, March 14, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Entombment will follow at Evergreen Mausoleum.
