Jack passed away peacefully on March 3, 2011 at the Pasqua Hospital at the age 74 years. He is survived by his wife Augustine, sisters; Marjorie, Laura and Betty; brother-in-law Markus (Clarice) Koller and family as well as numerous relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held March 16, 2011 at 10:00 am, at Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina SK. Interment to follow at Regina Memorial Gardens. The family wishes to thank all the staff at the Pasqua Hospital for their care and support.
