1928 – 2011
The family of Jeremiah Joseph (JJ) O’Connor would like to announce that he passed away peacefully with family by his side on Monday, March 14, 2011 in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Jerry was predeceased by his father, John O’Connor; his mother, Mary Reid; and three brothers, Vernon, Lorne and John.
Born in St. Ann’s, P.E.I., in 1928, Jerry lived in Regina for over 50 years. He worked for the Government of Saskatchewan until his retirement in 1983.
He is survived by his partner, Doreen Mosiuk; his nephews, James, Victor and Michael; nieces, Marlene, Sharon, Sheila and Linda, and their spouses and children.
Jerry possessed a keen wit and lively sense of humour and he will be missed.
We thank the nurses and doctors of Pasqua Hospital and Regina General ICU who so compassionately tended to Jerry during his short stay.

At Jerry’s request he will be buried at St. Ann’s Church Cemetery in Hope River, P.E.I.
