BURT, Minnie Rosanna - It is with sadness that the family of the late Minnie Rosanne Burt announce her passing at the Health Science Centre, St. John’s NL, March 23, 2011 at the age of 72. Minnie is predeceased by her husband, Eric Burt; daughter, Debbie; parents, Eli and Jessie Stuckless; sisters, Dorothy and Helen Stuckless; brothers, Ambrose, Sandy and Eugene(Hugie). Left to mourn with fond and loving memories: are children, Barbara-Ann (Lorne) Marsh, Brenda (George) Blake, Sandy (Elizabeth), Eric (Linda), Captains Michele (Paul) Blake; Grandchildren, Lieutenant Jeremy (Christina) Marsh, Jeanine Marsh, Gregory, Travis, Jamie, Robin, Adrienne, Heather, Erica, Stephanie, Melissa (Shane) White, and Danielle Blake; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Florence Stuckless; as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The visitation took place Saturday, March 26, 2011 at 7-9 pm, Sunday March 27, at 2-4 and 7-9 pm from Botwood Funeral Home, 147 Commonwealth Drive, Botwood, NL. The funeral service took place, Monday, March 28, at 2 pm from The Salvation Army Citadel, Peterview, NL. The interment followed at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Peterview, NL. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Botwood Funeral Home.
