Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick's Mercy Home, St. John's, on Wednesday, March 30, 2011, Clement Joseph Moriarity of St. Vincent's, St. Mary's Bay, aged 90 years. Predeceased by his wife Julia, parents Bernard and Mary Ellen, brother Patrick; sisters Clara (Ron), Janey (Jim), and Geraldine (Joseph). Leaving to mourn his devoted son Gerard (Marlene); two granddaughters: Laura and Krista, whom he loved dearly; brother James (Theresa-deceased); sister Gertrude (Cyril-deceased); sister-in-law Beatrice; special nephew Patrick Tobin, and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, including friends and caregivers at St. Patrick's Mercy Home and Neville's Personal Care Home. Resting at Fr. Battcock Memorial Chapel, St. Vincent's, S.M.B., on Thursday, March 31 and Friday, April 1, from 2 - 4 pm; 7 - 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial to be held on Saturday, April 2, at 11 am at Sacred Heart Church, St. Vincent's. Burial to follow.
