Nina Pearl Currie, 98, Burtt Street Woodstock, NB passed away on Saturday, April 02, 2011 at the Carleton Manor Nursing Home Woodstock, NB. Nina was born in Waterville, York County, NB on April 1, 1913, daughter of the late John and Maude Barrow. Nina is survived by a daughter, Ann MacNally (Bob), Woodstock, NB, grandchildren, Jason Corey, Mark Currie, Terri Ann Currie, Kaitlin Currie, Catherine MacNally, Rachel MacNally, seven great grandchildren, sister, Erma Lake, Woodstock, NB, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents, Nina was predeceased by her husband, Burns, a son, David, sisters; Lila, Eva, Phoebe, Marie, Vera, brothers, Marshall, Paul, Ralph, and Russell.
Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Monday, April 4 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service will be on Tuesday, April 5 at St. James United Church at 2 PM with Greg Williams officiating. Interment will be in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery at a later date.
