Peacefully at the Atlantic Baptist Nursing Home on Wednesday, July 29, 2009, of Thelma Myrtle Douglas (nee Matthew) formerly of West Covehead. Wife of the late Keith Douglas. Dear mother of Audrey Mayhew (John Duffy) and Linda (Blair) Garnhum. Grandmother of Stephen (Peggy) and Dennis Mayhew. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where the service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment in West Covehead United Church Cemetery. Family flowers only. If so desired, memorials to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation or Pat and The Elephant would be appreciated.
