It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Wayne Frederick Sheppard on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital. Born in Glace Bay, Wayne was the son of the late Omar and Rene Sheppard.
Wayne spent many years volunteering at the Glace Bay Health Care Complex. Wayne is survived by his special friend and companion, Cecelia Bennett; sister, Elaine (William) Wadden and brother, Doug (Terrylynn) Sheppard. He leaves behind niece and nephews and many cousins and extended family.
