We the family of Leo Rose express our gratitude to our family, friends, coworkers and neighbours for their kindness, love and support that we received during our recent loss. To everyone who came from far and near to comfort us, we are truly grateful. The personal greetings, food and visits to our homes, phone calls, numerous Mass cards, memorial donations, enrollments, sympathy cards, flowers, online condolences, monies and emails were very much appreciated.
We wish to acknowledge his friend Oswald Landry, veterans of the Korean War, veterans and members of the Army, Navy and Air Force Unit (ANAF) 217 and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 15 for their Honour Guard.
Thank you to Father Ray Huntley for the Celebration of the Mass, Saint Leonard’s Choir and soloist Nipper MacLeod, altar servers, readers Marilyn Clements and Wanda Rose, offertory procession by grandchildren Emma and Madeline Liska and a rose presentation by Ashley Rose. Thank you also to pallbearers JB Oliver, Robin Nathanson, Ray Chopeck, Adrian Pembroke, Gary Cummings and Joe Henry. Sincere thanks to the ANAF 217 ladies for the wonderful reception and lunch. Thank you to Basil McGillivray and staff for your compassion and guidance.
Finally a special thank you to the Emergency, IMCU and An Cala physicians, nurses and staff at the CB Regional Hospital.
