Passed away at the Dr. G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Friday, June 2, 2017, Jean Balsom of Clarenville, at the age of 93 years. She was predeceased by husband Ralph, sons Donald and Gerry. Left with fond and loving memories are her daughter Linda of Milton and son David (Irene) of Cochrane Alberta; seven grandchildren, Jody Cooke, Tori Zoe, Heather. Samantha, Joshua and Heidi; three great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Kimberly and Tyler Cooke and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Fewer's Funeral Home, Clarenville on Monday, June 5 from 10 am to 12 pm. Funeral Services will be held at the Salvation Army in Clarenville on Monday, June 5, 2017 at 2:00 PM with interment at the United Church Cemetery, Church Hill, Clarenville. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
