Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, July 15, 2017, Dorothy Cooper of Harbour Grace, age 73 years. Predeceased by parents: Clarence and Violet Parsons; brothers: Aubrey and Ross. Left to mourn, husband: Joseph 'Joe'; four daughters: Suzanne (Dwayne) Trickett, Upper Gullies, Charlene (Frank) Wilson, Calgary, AB, Arlene Newell, Carbonear, and Tanya (Mike) Murphy, Kilbride; two sons: Curtis (Jacqueline), Elmsdale, NS and Scott (Sherrie Ann), Carbonear; ten grandchildren: Jonathan, Matthew, Zachary, Ben, Daniel, Christopher, Adriana, Abby, Eva, and Brody; five brothers: Rendall (Teri), Bobby (Laurie), Albert (Cathy), Terry (Cathy), and Tony (Charlene); three sisters: Ivy (Bob) Penney, Holly (Will) Jenkins, and Linda Parsons (Ed); sister-in-law: Sylvia Parsons; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Rested at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace. Rev. Don Martin conducted the funeral service on Monday, July 17 at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Harbour Grace. Cremation followed.
