Stella Gill (née Champion), aged 85 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Sunday, July 23rd, 2017. She was born in Moose Jaw, SK. Stella married James Gill on September 20th, 1952 and together they raised 5 children. Stella worked as a sales clerk at the Army & Navy Department Store until her retirement. She was predeceased by her husband, James; grandson, Trevor; as well as brothers and sisters. Stella will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Wayne (Elaine) and Allan; daughters, Debbie (Bernie) McGillis and Donna (Alvin) Koch; and son, Robert (Rod); 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Mildred; brother, Walter; and special friend, Bill Seman. A Service to Celebrate Stella’s Life will be held on Friday, July 28th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home with Dave Foley officiating. Flowers are gratefully declined.
