The death occurred Thursday, August 24, 2017 at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown of Lloydia MarleneWedlock, of Charlottetown, aged 71 years, wife of the late John Wedlock. Born in Elmsdale on April 2, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Dorothy (Barnett) Adams. Loving mother to Stephen (Robert), Charlottetown and Joann (Dennis) Lowther, Crapaud. Dear grandmother to Madison and Peyton. Lloydia is also survived by her sister Anna (Francis) Smith, Alberton; brothers Gordon (Lynn) Adams, Alberton ; Russell Adams, Elmsdale; and sisters and brothers in law Cynthia Adams, O’Leary; Brenda Adams, Rustico; Noella Arsenault, Summerside; Ida (Roy) MacArthur, Alberton; Florence (Ian) MacWilliams, O’Leary; Verna Wedlock, Unionvale and Gerald Cornish, Unionvale. She will also be sadly missed by her friend Willard Gay and her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, husband John (July 16, 1998), and brothers Carl and Billy. Resting at Ferguson Funeral and Chapel, O’Leary with visiting hours on Sunday, August 27 from 2-5p.m. Funeral will be held in the Chapel on Monday at 11:00a.m. Interment will follow in St. Lukes Anglican Cemetery, Woodstock.
