The family, of the late Dale Mombourquette, wish to express our deep appreciation to those who have offered such kindness, support and messages of sympathy and comfort in our bereavement. The cards, monetary gifts and food were all greatly appreciated. We especially wish to thank the caring nurses of 3B and palliative care, Dr. Kodogoda, Dr. Shimon, Sydney Memorial Chapel, Rev. Brenda Drake, the organist and choir, the readers, Sheri Trask, Diane Siepierski and Susan Carew, our soloist, Jamie Carew, Joe Mombourquette for all your help, and everyone who visited Mom while in hospital and attended her huge send off.
