Pemberton, Fae Darlene, 79, of Ste. Croix, Hants County, passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at home. Born in Falmouth, Hants County, she was a daughter of the late, James and Evelyn (Murphy) Eldridge. Fae was an active member of the Ste. Croix United Church. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Surviving are her husband, William “Bill”; children, Anthony (Donna), Colpitts Settlement, New Brunswick; Bruce (Margaret), Ardoise; Jocelyn, Edmonton; Stephen, Ste. Croix; Phillip (Heather), Garlands Crossing; Karen (Andy), Burnaby, British Columbia; Shirley (Fred) Ansems, Kentville; Maria, New Minas; Michael (Kelly), Ottawa; Sara (Trevor) Croteau, Kentville; Julia (Dave), Enfield; Andrea, Halifax; 13 grandchildren; one great grandchild; sister, Eva (Grant) Fraser, Falmouth; brothers, Henry, Falmouth; Frank (Janyce); Laurence (Deanna), both of Taber, Alberta; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents. Arrangements are under the direction of the Lindsay Windsor Funeral Home, 194 King Street, P.O. Box 2218, Windsor, NS B0N 2T0.There was no visitation by request. A memorial service was held 2pm Tuesday, September 19, 2017 in the Ste. Croix United Church, St. Croix. Rev. Krista Anderson officiated. Interment was in the Ste. Croix Cemetery, St. Croix.
