Trusting in a God he dearly admired and loved, Kenneth is now admitted to everlasting peace. He was predeceased by his parents William and Marjorie (nee Mulcahy), grandparents: Ernest and Margaret Mulcahy, Michael and Annie Dunphy, Miss Mary Dunphy with whom he had a special bond, special friends: John Devereaux, Joe and Diane Kieley, deceased members of the Kieley and Wall families, Cyril Patrick Flynn and deceased members of the Flynn Family. He leaves behind with precious memories his treasured sister Barbara, brother Billy, very dear friend and confidant for 17 years Anne Flynn, treasured life long friend, Josephine Penney, special cousin Peggy (Dunphy) and Harry Wareham (Ottawa), special aunt and uncle Winifred and Ken O'Brien (Portland Oregon), aunt Patricia Mulcahy (Corner Brook), Joan and Jim Casey (PEI), Brendan and Marie Hunt, Brendan and Debbie Veitch, the Kieley family, Lorraine Devereaux and family, John and Liz (Coates) Dawe, Mark and Mary Ann Kavanagh, Bob and Marion Alcock, Gary and Josephine Dawe, Mary and Walter Mogridge (Ontario), his canine friends who never left his side, Sebastian and Blue and an extended circle of family and friends. Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation on Wednesday and Thursday from 2 - 4 pm & 7 - 9 pm. There will be no visitation the morning of the funeral. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 10:30 am from Sts. Peter and Paul Church, Hr. Main. Internment in the family plot at Holy Cross Cemetery, Holyrood. Donations in his memory may be made to Holy Cross Music Fund, Holyrood or the Lymphoma Association of Newfoundland and Labrador.
