Peacefully passed during his sleep on September 25, 2017 after a long battle with cancer at the Palliative Care Unit, L. A. Miller Centre. He leaves behind his wife Ellen; son Michael and daughter Joann (Paul); along with his grandchildren Desiree, Jenesa and James. He also leaves behind his remaining living siblings Nick, Carmel and Edward; along with many cousins, nieces and nephews and friends. Many thanks to the nurses, doctors and staff of the Palliative Care Unit, L. A. Miller Centre for their wonderful support and care during this difficult time. Cremation has taken place.
