It is with great sadness that the family of the late Patrick Moore announce his passing at the Placentia Health Center on October 11, 2017 age 81 years of Jerseyside, Placentia, formerly of Meresheen. Predeceased by his parents Patrick & Mary Bridget Moore, brothers John & Anthony and sister Ethel Leonard. He leaves to mourn with loving memories his wife Nellie, sons John (Christine) his children Amanda, Jessica and Bradley and their mother Jennifer, Fintan, his children Cameron & Jarod and their mother Sonia, Cedric (Melissa) and their daughter Faith and Ian (Lori) his children Samantha and Tyler and their mom Lisa, 1 great-grandson Wesley, his sister Mary, many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends especially the staff and his friends at the Dialysis Unit at the Waterford Hospital. Visitation will take place at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia on Thursday & Friday from 2:00 - 9:00. Funeral Mass to take place at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia on Saturday October 14, 2017 at 10:30 a.m, with interment to follow in Coombs Memorial Cemetery, Southeast.
