It is with great sadness that the family of the late Arthur Reginald Osmond announces his passing on Friday, October 13th 2017 in Stephenville at the age of 80 years. He was the son of the late Fred and Harriett Osmond. He was predeceased by his sister, Bertha Osmond, his brother, Cecil Osmond, and his sister-in-law, Una Osmond. He leaves behind to mourn his spouse, Alice Osmond of Stephenville, his sons, Jerome and Eugene Osmond of Port aux Basques, his daughters Roxanne (Danny) Gale of Tumbler Ridge BC, Madonna Osmond of Stephenville, and Maxine (Kenny) Osmond of Tumbler Ridge BC, his brothers, Tom (Elizabeth) Osmond and Ben (Mildred) Osmond of Labrador, Chesley (Shirley) Osmond of Margaree, Alex (Geraldine), Gerald, Charlie (Rose), and Walter (Rachael) Osmond of Port aux Basques, his grandchildren Dustin, Dillin, Sarah, Trevor, Shane, and Logan, and his great grandchildren Kerstin and Ryder, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. The family will be receiving guests on October 14 from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm at East Haven Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 15 at 2 pm at St. James Anglican Church in Port aux Basques, with internment to follow at St. Jame's Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation can donate to the charity of one's choice.
