Passed peacefully away at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Care Centre in Harbour Breton on Monday, April 11, 2011, Mrs. Julia Rose, age 72 years of Harbour Breton. Leaving to mourn her loving family: husband, Norman; daughters, Janie (George Powell), Loretta (Gilbert Hickey), Daphne (Levi Snook), June (John Skinner) all at Harbour Breton; sons, Everette (Mary) at Harbour Breton, Robert (Ann Marie) at Brooks, Ab, Lindsay (Denise Forsey), Calvin (Joyce) all at Harbour Breton, and Jeffery (Pauline Meade) at Brooks, Ab; twelve grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, William Langdon at Calgary, Ab; sister in law, Gertie Langdon at Harbour Breton; special friend, Joan Meade at Harbour Breton; caregivers, Denise Forsey and Amy Strowbridge; plus a large number of relatives and friends. Predeceased by parents, Frank and Frances Langdon; brother, Fred; sister in law, Julie Langdon. Funeral service was held from St. Bartholomew’s Anglican Church in Harbour Breton on Thursday, April 14, 2011, at 2:00 pm with Rev. Juanita Freeman officiating. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery in Harbour Breton.
