Eugene Murphy
Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on October 27, 2017 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Alpheda for 30 years and the late Katherine Murphy. Cherished father of Susan Clarke, Cindy Zien (James), Mary-Lou Ramsay (John), Pat Martin and Paula Murphy. Proud Gramps to Ashleigh, Alexia, Aaron, Neva, Alana, Katie, Ian and Melissa and Great Gramps to Amayah, Avery and Olivia. Dear brother of Bill (Marina) and the late Marie Deighan. Will be fondly remembered by his large extended family and friends. A Memorial Mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 386 Roger Street, Peterborough, Ontario on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. If so desired, in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Eugene may be made to CHALICE, PRHC Palliative Care Unit or a charity of choice.
