Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Twin Lakes Terrace on Sunday, October 29, 2017, Joseph Frederick Wadden passed away at the age of 77. Beloved husband of the late Joan (2004); loving father of Sherry, Brenda and Jim; cherished grandfather of Sarah, Christopher, Sean, Rachel, Nolan and Sophie; dear brother of Stan (Cathy) and the late Blair (Sandy) Wadden.
Predeceased by his parents, Harry and Helen Wadden.
Joe retired from the RCMP with 28½ years service, a force he was very proud to be a member of. Joe loved baseball and hockey and was an avid fan of the Toronto Blue Jays and Toronto Maple Leafs. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Thursday, November 2, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Parkinson Society (cheques only at the funeral home please).
