FLETCHER, Simone (née Poirier) – On November 2, 2017 at St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre; age 93 years. Loving wife of the late George Robert Fletcher. Beloved mother of Michael Fletcher, Donald Fletcher (Rachel), the late Robert Fletcher (Joan) and the late Brian Fletcher. Cherished grandmother of Phillip, Ian, Jonathan, Natasha, Troy, Mark, Diana and Cassandra. Dear great-grandmother of Brianna, Karter, Marshall, Hayden, Vanessa and Dylan. Predeceased by her parents Albert and Bernadette (née Ladouceur) Poirier. Also predeceased by her siblings Gilbert Poirier (late Léa), Elzear Poirier (late Victorene), Roger Poirier (late Marie-Rose), Edouard Poirier (late Aurore) and Beatrice Campeau (late Omer). Simone will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Resting at LAHAIE & SULLIVAN CORNWALL FUNERAL HOMES, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 and from 9 a.m. until time of Service on Thursday. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017 in Saint Columban's Church at 11 a.m. Followed by cremation.
