Mildred “Faye” Rayner

The death occurred peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Monday, November 6, 2017, of Faye Rayner (nee Inman), beloved wife of Willard Rayner, of Springvale, in her 78th year. Faye was the loving mother of Preston Rayner (Kelley), Eileen Rayner (Charlene Chamberlain) and Randy Barbour (Jocelyn); and grandmother of Spencer (Robyn), Luke (Cindy), Mitchell, Mandy (Chris), Chelsea (Pete), Holly (Dwight), Anthony and Megan (Shane). She is also survived by her stepmother-in-law, Lillian Rayner; sister, Eleanor Butler; brothers and sisters-in-law; Lois Carew, Archie Rayner (Beverly), Sandra Davis (Jim), Pansy Webster, Norma Cairns (Wyman), Bea Roberts (David), Everett Rayner (Bernie), Glen Rayner (Maureen), Tommy Rayner (Debbie), Erma McInnis and numerous nieces and nephews. Faye was predeceased by her parents, Preston and Hope (Walfield) Inman; and brothers-in-law, Albert Webster, John Carew and David McInnis. Resting at Central Queen’s Funeral Home, 2538 New Glasgow Road, New Glasgow, for visitation on Thursday, November 9, 2017, from 4 - 7 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Central Christian Church, Charlottetown, on Friday, November 10, 2017, at 11 a.m. Interment in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Valley.
