RANGER, Gracia - Suddenly, in Cornwall on Sunday, November 12, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Ovila and Albertine (née Sicotte) Ranger. Sister of Aurélien Ranger and the late Alban, Arthur, Fernand, Aline, René, Edna and Lucille Léger. She will be fondly missed by her goddaughter Camille and by her many nieces, nephews, friends, residents and the devoted staff at Chartwell Château Cornwall. A Family Celebration of her life will take place at St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church (Cartier at Somerset) in Ottawa on Saturday, November 25th, 2017 at 10:30 am.
