MAYNARD, Rona - Mrs. Rona Yvonne Maynard (née Lauzon) at Cornwall Hospice on Monday November 27, 2017 at the age of 92 years. Loving mother of late Michael (Suzanne), Norman (Laura), Marcel (Bonnie), Richard (late Florence), Debrah Allen (late Brian), Ronald (Marianne), and Francis (Laurie). Dear sister to Leoza, Theophile, Rene, Rita, Norma, Verna, and Anita. Sadly missed by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Rona held a special place in her heart for her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Fernand Maynard, her siblings Doria, Hubert, Lawrence, George and Francis, and her parents Joseph and Anna (née Pilon) Lauzon. She will be remembered for her faith, love for cards, laughter, and family. She was truly a gift to us all. She will be missed. Resting at the WILSON FUNERAL HOME , 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall where visitation will be held Tuesday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 PM and Wednesday from 9 - 10:15 AM. The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Parish on Wednesday December 6, 2017 at 11 AM. Cremation to follow.
