Passed away peacefully at the Lion’s Manor Complex Placentia on Saturday, December 9, 2017, Audrey Ruth Bartlett Woodman (nee Reid) of Dildo, age 89 years. Predeceased by parents Ellis and Hilda Reid; husband, Ford; son, George; and grandson, Shawn; brothers, James, Jack, Ellis, Crosby; sister Dorothy (Edward) Hunt; and great-grandchild Cassidy. Leaving to mourn and to celebrate her life with thanksgiving are son, Paul (Mercedes); daughter Joanne Woodman (Bert Squires); grandchildren, Tony (Anna), Bailey (Edward), Paul jr. (Kim), Chelsea, Ford, Robert (Monika), David (Heather), Christopher (Mary); great-grandchildren, Beau, Owen, Christopher, Chandler, David, Felicity, Amber, Mason, and Hudson. Audrey is also lovingly remembered by sisters; Rona Burris, Joyce Weeler, Shirley Sooley and Ivy Crocker, as well as a number of other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff of the Lion's Manor Nursing Home, Placentia; and the staff of Callingwood Downs, Clarke's Beach. Resting at Warren’s Funeral Home, Dildo with visitation on Monday, December 11th, 2-5 and 7-9 pm. Tuesday, December 12th, 2-5 and 7-9 pm. A service of celebration and thanksgiving for her life will be held from St. Augustine’s Anglican Church, New Harbour on Wednesday, December 13th at 2 pm. Interment to follow at St. Augustine’s Cemetery, New Harbour. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Warren’s Funeral Home, Dildo.
